Other forms of urticaria on the example of cholinergic urticaria
Another group of urticarial diseases are those where the symptoms are not generated by physical stimuli but rather other specific triggers. Alongside cholinergic urticaria, this includes exercise-induced urticaria and anaphylaxis, aquagenic urticaira, and contact urticaria, where the wheals exclusively appear following skin contact with specific substances, e.g. foods.
